President Donald Trump boarded Air Force One following the conclusion of his two-day summit in China with President Xi Jinping, marking the end of a series of high-level meetings between the two global leaders.

The visit focused on trade negotiations, artificial intelligence, national security concerns and growing tensions surrounding Taiwan and the Middle East.

Photos and videos shared online showed Trump departing alongside members of his delegation after an official farewell ceremony in Beijing.

The summit included bilateral meetings, state events and discussions involving some of America’s most influential business executives and senior administration officials.

Both Washington and Beijing described the meetings as important steps toward stabilizing relations between the world’s two largest economies, although major disagreements remain unresolved.
